Construction season and cookouts- Henry.

Mama had a doctor's appointment today, so June and I went downtown to spend the morning with papa.

The city is tearing up State Street and there were no less than 3 excavators, 2 backhoes, a skid steer and a couple dump trucks. And that was just the first block!.

It was really windy and Papa was worried about blowing dust, so he took us out to eat where we got window seats and a prime view at he action. June slept the whole time.
Since it hit 70 degrees for the first time today, we decided to grill out. Rielly came over to run down our hill.

We all practiced our pitching skills in the back yard.

All that playing works up an appetite. Mama, stop taking pictures! We're trying to eat!
Check out my cool new table. It's Car movie and mom found it on Craigslist for $10! Kids only, mama!

Meanwhile, the babies- Owen and June stayed inside. Come on guys, you don't always have to sit right next to each other!

They did try to play a game- "Who can chew on June's hand first?" They both lost.

Finally they retired to the floor, where they tried to avoid getting trampled by the big boys.

Public service announcement of the day: We found a tick behind Henry's ear tonight. Luckily, it hadn't burrowed it's way into his skin yet. Be sure to check all crevices, nooks, and crannies on your babies and yourselves. Only you can prevent Lyme disease.
