Amishland and Lakes
This weekend, mom and I undertook a great Seibert-Wagner tradition. We drove to Howe, Indiana so we could sleep in a tent on the soccer field of the military school and ride bikes. We were joined by Grandma and Grandpa Seibert, the Archbold Seiberts (and Aunt Elizabeth's sister Madeline), the Tallers, and Great Aunt Linda, Great Uncle Larry and our cousins Betsy and Andy.
Here I am in full gear ready for the ride. It was pretty hot and dry, but we left early enough so we got back before it was too hot.
Natalie gears up. She had more fun on the ride though, because by the end she completely ripped the plastic shell off her helmet. (On the other hand, I mastered the 4 buckles holding me into the trailer and was close to freedom until mom found me out.)
In total (not counting Annalise), these kids rode 119 miles (24 miles each). The trailer caravan was the sight of the tour. These dirty kids are: Top row: Evie and Natalie. Middle: Natalie and Auber's Aunt Madeline and Henry (check out that dirt mustache) . Front row: Oliver and Annalise (crying because Henry just pounded her in the head).
For more pictures of the tour- be sure to check out the Seibert Kids' blog and the Taller Girls' blog. Aunt Elizabeth has even posted pictures of Henry's new haircut (don't cry Grandma Cooper.) Also, Grandma and Grandpa should have a picture of all the riders on their blog soon.
