Sauder's Village- Henry.
We chose the hottest day in Ohio to go to Sauder's Village in Archbold with Uncle Kevin and his family. Mama remembers it as boring from when she was a kid, but now that she's older, she really enjoyed it. It is a historical "village" in that they actually shipped in old school houses, churches, jails and any other building that is donated. Mama wanted to stay in the museum longer and read about childbirth in the late 1800s but I was anxious to get outside and ride the Erie Express.
Later we went to the Old Timey kids village and got to play in the house. Luckily this house wasn't old timey and had air conditioning.
Later we got to eat ice cream, visit the horses in the barn and see the wooden toymaker. Mama even ventured over to the glass shop, but it was way to hot in there to stay for long.
