Goodbye to the zoo-Mama.
We closed on our house on Friday. We had originally planned to grab our check, hand over the keys, and take off for Aunt Jenni's house. But when the moment finally came, the Turner family was too exhausted to do anything, so we headed back to our vacation house and slept for 4 hours. On Saturday morning, papa wanted to visit the zoo one last time, so we spent the morning taking our time and enjoying the perfect Wisconsin weather.
My family with the giraffes.
Henry insisted on pushing the stroller all day. June was a very good sport about it all.

He made sure June saw all of the animals.

When you feed the goats, you usually get 3 or 4 goats trying to get your pellets. All but one goat gave up on Henry pretty fast, because they saw how much effort it would take for not very much reward.
I was excited to see the ostrich, just like the one in my Dr. Seuss ABC book that I got from the Cowens.
